About me
Hi, I’m Nikhil Lemos. I’m passionate about building sustainable solutions at the intersection of technology, healthcare, and society—especially for communities often overlooked in climate conversations. My journey began with Meditel, a patented device inspired by my grandparents, which opened my perspective to how everyday health systems can also influence environmental impact.
This evolved into EcoAge and Elder Allies, where I work to empower senior citizens with climate-conscious digital skills and resource-efficient technologies. Along the way, I’ve represented India at international platforms, collaborated with policymakers, and contributed to national innovation initiatives like ATL Sarthi—expanding access to sustainability-driven STEM ecosystems.
At my core, I believe sustainability is not just about large-scale systems, but about designing empathetic, practical solutions that people can adopt in their daily lives. By combining engineering, advocacy, and community action, I aim to build innovations that improve lives while preserving the world we share.

HIGHLIGHT—RISE SUMMIT 2025
Performances at Rhodes House—University of Oxford
I had the honor of performing twice — once delivering a lightning talk before dignitaries from Schmidt Futures, the Rhodes Trust, and fellow Rise Global Winners, where I shared my journey of innovation and impact. Later, I took the stage again, this time with my band, performing a crowd-favorite cover of “Piano Man” by Billy Joel — a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and the human stories that connect us all.
